Copyright Infringement Notice Procedure

Our position

Arrow Game Online respects the intellectual property rights of others. Games on this site are embedded from reviewed partner hosting, and we remove any title promptly when a valid infringement notice is received.

Submitting a notice

Send notices to dmca@arrowgameonline.com. To allow us to act, a notice should include: identification of the copyrighted work concerned; the exact URL on arrowgameonline.com where the material appears; your contact details; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised; a statement that the information in the notice is accurate; and your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

On receiving a valid notice we will remove or disable access to the material identified and notify the relevant partner. Repeated infringement by a partner results in removal of their titles from the site.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to dmca@arrowgameonline.com identifying the material, its previous location and the reason you believe the removal was mistaken, together with your contact details and signature.
